Families - whether they are big or small - have different social norms and interact with each other very differently. Some families are very open with each other, while others are very closed. A change within a family unit has an effect on the family’s dynamic and how the family members interact with each other. American culture reflects this in the belief that families are changed either positively or negatively by major emotional events. The family unit can be described in many different ways. To demonstrate effective judgment and decision making a rational approach must be taken in order to reach an optimal decision. I am diagnosed with a high functioning form of Obsessive Compulsive Disorder. This condition drives me to act exceptionally irrational in my judgments and decisions. I strive each day to improve my skills and decrease the impact of my irrational fears. It is not necessary that high rate of real GDP growth is good for a country. A high rate of real GDP views rising crime costs as a positive development.
